Individualized Approach

I offer dedicated ultramarathon training for all distances. All training programs are built with an understanding of an athlete's unique foundation. Programs vary based on individual strengths, weaknesses, and history of other training or athletic endeavors. Additionally, programs are built to achieve specific goals, working back from target events to maximize an athlete's physical and mental readiness.

Data Driven

We will regularly test various aspects of fitness which are relevant to our goals. Both quantitative data and subjective feedback will be relevant as we track our progress. While our approach is fundamentally science-based, we will also train by Rate of Perceived Effort (RPE). The ability to monitor and modulate RPE during efforts is, in itself, a valuable skill!
